Trestle Table

This dining table will hopefully last us many, many years. When my wife and I first moved into our house in 2016, we bought some used furniture, including the dining table and chairs. I've finally found the time to replace the table. The table is made of solid cherry and has honduran rosewood wedges to hold the stretcher in place. It will easily seat 6 and maybe 8 if we squeeze in for a game night.

My favorite feature of the table is the 5/8" radius roundovers on the long sides of the table juxtaposed with the squared short sides. The table is 6' x 3' and about 30" tall; the top is 1.25" thick. The finish is waterlox.
