The Squiggle Wine Rack

This little wine rack makes a great centerpiece and display for your wine bottles. The construction begins with a template cut out on the CNC router. From there, the first piece can be trimmed flush with the template using a flush trim bit at the router table. Next, rough pieces are glued to either side and that first piece is now the template. More pieces are added and routed flush until the desired size is reached. In this case, the rack is 7” deep, 24” long, and 2” tall. It’s made of solid ash and finished with walnut oil. If you want to make your own, I have templates for sale here.
