Little Dining Table

This cherry dining table was made for a small space in a one bedroom apartment. The dimensions are about 26" x 26" x 31". There are two main design features on the table. The first is are the curved ends of each rail connecting the legs. These were made using a template and flush trim bit. The second design feature is a set of chamfers on the underside of the tabletop and the top and bottom of the legs. This gives the tabletop a subtle, floating appearance.

This little table is made of solid cherry and has dimensions of about 26" x 26" x 31". The finish is wipe-on polyurethane with the first coat being very thin to act as a seal coat. The curved ends of the rails were the main design feature of the table.
