This is a digital file for cutting out your own dado routing jig. You will receive the file for all three sizes.

Use this clever jig to route precise dados for your apothecary chests. The jig is two sided which allows you to route dados on both sides of a board with complete precision. Included with the file is a quick write-up detailing the necessary CAM operations. The jig requires a 5/8” OD guide bushing (not included).

Available in 3 sizes for the following apothecary chests:

• Two slots with 4” spacing; great for a 9 drawer chest with 4” x 4” drawers

• Two slots with 3” spacing; great for a 9 drawer chest with 3” x 3” drawers

• Four slots with 2” spacing; great for a 15 drawer chest with 2” x 2” drawers

Each jig requires a top and bottom panel, two spacers, 3/8” x 1” dowel pins, and two optional cam levers.
